Please note our most popular and peak campervan pick up times, we advise you to plan ahead to minimise your wait time in-branch. If you select a time during our peak period it is highly likely you will experience a longer wait period.

Vehicle Pick Up & Return

Before you arrive to pick up your camper, make sure you’ve watched your camper show-through video so you’re familiar with how everything works.

You can also access our full library of on-the-road CamperHelp “how-to” videos on our YouTube channel. Perfect for quick tips and step-by-step guides during your journey.

Before you return you will need to fill up your fuel tank as well as empty the waste water tank and toilet cassette. There are no facilities at the branch but below you can view the nearest dump station to our depot. you can also search for your closest service station and dump station in the Campermate App.
