Reasons to upgrade your Insurance?

We include Tui Nest Insurance as standard with every booking. However, we strongly encourage you to consider upgrading your cover for added protection and peace of mind.

  • You're driving an unfamiliar vehicle in a foreign country. Road rules and driving conditions in New Zealand may be very different from what you're used to.
  • With standard insurance, you are responsible for all new damage to the vehicle regardless of who is at fault, unless you’ve upgraded to our Flying Free policy.
  • Third-party costs and repairs can be expensive. Accidents involving other vehicles or property can lead to very high costs.
  • If you are paying with a debit card, we process the bond amount under 'Tui Nest' or “On The Wing” cover. With Flying Free, no bond is required with a debit card.
  • With full cover, you can relax and focus on enjoying your holiday, knowing you're protected.

Tip: You can select or upgrade your insurance at any time before or during pick-up. Just speak with one of our friendly crew!

Important Note:

If you breach any part of our Terms and Conditions, your insurance waiver will become void, and you will be responsible for all related costs, including (but not limited to) vehicle damage, third-party claims, and recovery expenses. Our vehicle insurance only covers the vehicle. We strongly recommend you also arrange personal travel insurance to protect your belongings and for medical or trip-related incidents.
